Funny, I thought that book was pretty good, but I do agree with most of this review. There was definitely some content in my opinion.

According to /Dealers of Lightning/ (ISBN13 9780887309892), the (then-)CEO of Xerox used the phrase "the architecture of information" back in 1969:
[...] The Xerox to come, he declared emphatically, would control "the architecture of information." The phrase was classic CEO-speak, grave, tendentious and nebulous enough to be perfectly consistent with any strategy that Xerox chose to pursue. McColough later attributed the wording to his speechwriter. [...]
Thats funny, I bet Mr. Wurman will be disgusted to find out.
